St. Thomas: Ferrying We Go!:
Tuesday, we set off to explore St. John’s, which is a mere 20 minute ferry ride from St. Thomas. With sunny skies and a light breeze, all I have to say it was pretty heavenly to be outdoors on a boat. It’s been a while and I never take it for granted when it happens. Anyway, we enjoyed our day by exploring the shops, wandering the winding streets, and eating a yummy lunch at a little cafe not far from the ferry landing.

The largest palm there ever was.

Unaware of the camera, but still in disbelief at the largeness of said palm.

Mmmm…that’s what you were doing with over there…

After returning to our island, I went down to the pool and swam around as the sun began to set, which was really relaxing and peaceful. Then later that evening, I made us yummy orange white wine spritzers, which I have to say were very tasty and refreshing. We finished up the night at a restaurant in Red Hook where I got the pulled pork sandwich. Messy, but oh so good.

Outfit of the evening. This is my splurge dress, remember?! Check out the other ways I’ve worn/remixed it, here, here and here!

I have to say I was pretty happy with how my hair turned out, and was glad that I brought along my favorite Coach heels. To me, they make any outfit feel chic because of their pretty buttery color and of course because of their nice, high heel.

Yes, this is what happened to my face after taking my first bite. Extremely attractive, don’t you think? : )
